The Edward Lanes lexicon has been used at times to elucidate some of the arguments presented in the articles. This is because this site remains primarily for English speaking readers.  The lexicon is not intended to provide the source of an argument. Those readers conversant with the Arabic language are strongly encouraged to consult the Arabic lexicons directly for which Edward Lanes provides references.  Please see: Edward Lanes Lexicon for further information.

Furthermore, a special thanks to all those sites who have provided great tools for analysis for many students, researchers and serious academics alike and have provided some very early Arabic lexicon authorities to study from in depth. This has proved an invaluable additional resource (certainly in terms of accessibility) for reference and scrutiny.  (May the Lord bless all of you, God willing).

Some of these sites and their libraries can be sourced from the Study Tools section.
